We are working hard to provide free, fun, educational content.
This is an uncertain time for all small businesses and we are being cautious in many areas. But in developing content that can educate and entertain our kids at home, we are doubling down.
Expect new video lessons, live shows through our social media channels, and app updates.
FREE, FAST, SAFE SHIPPING
Everyone at Loog is working from home, but we continue to ship our guitars. And, through these quarantine times, we are offering free shipping on *ALL* U.S. orders, with delivery within 5 days.
How do we ship our guitars? We have our inventory stocked at a warehouse operated by Shipwire, a top-class fulfillment company. We ship with Fedex and USPS and they all have implemented hands-off delivery following the CDC and WHO guidelines.
PAY IN 4 INSTALLMENTS
Now you can shop at our online store and pay later in 4 installments.
The first payment is taken when the order is processed and the remaining 3 are automatically taken every two weeks, so you can spread the cost.
There's no interest and no credit check.
SUPPORTING OUR RETAIL PARTNERS
Apart from selling direct through our online store, we also sell through brick and mortar stores. Mostly: small, beautiful, family-owned stores that have been forced to close during this crisis.

We have made a cash donation to buy equipment for doctors and health workers, and we continue to donate guitars to non-profits and schools, as we always do.
Music has the power to lift us up. We see it in the balconies of Italy, and in our kids at home. We at Loog strive to make it fun and stimulating for children to learn music, so that they can develop the cognitive and social skills that will allow them to live a better life. Now, more than ever, we believe this is very important.
